![]() The internet connection is stable, Office 365 has been uninstalled and reinstalled, the Windows Credentials have been cleared, the power saving options on the computer have been disabled. I think Outlook may have cached an old password. My email account is working on my phone and e-reader using the password. I put it in and test the settings and it fails but sends the test email to my phone. They also both have an email address on their Outlook 2016 clients. Outlook 2016 (365) keeps asking for my password. There are 2 more users, and that work from different locations and use Outlook 2016 but do not have this issue. ![]() The "Need Password" prompt only appears for even though both email addresses are on the same Outlook 2016 client. He has two Office 365 email accounts, each on separate on tenant on tenant 2 Weird thing is, it only happens for one account. Once he clicks that prompt it instantly reconnects, he doesn't need to put in a password I have a client that uses Outlook 2016 and the "Need Password" prompt keeps appearing in the bottom right hand corner and his emails will stop working.
